Redwood Lumber Grades and Uses
There are over thirty different grades of redwood lumber including general purpose grades and specialized grades for a single use. There is a grade of redwood for almost any application suitable for wood. Redwood is graded by appearance and durability, with criteria defined by the Redwood Inspection Service.
Considerations while selecting the right grade include Excellence of Appearance, Durability and Architectural or Garden Grades.

This home is located in a high rise senior living building located in the UTC area. Best Rate Repair split a double penthouse unit into two separate units. This video shows the interior of one completed unit. Best Rate Repair hired the architect, pulled permits and handled all aspects of the project. We moved walls, dry walled, installed doors and door jambs, and supervised sub-contractors hired for the installation of tile, cabinets and granite counter tops. All painting, trim work, crown molding, light fixtures, bathroom accessories and appliance installation was handled by the Best Rate Repair team. Splitting the large penthouse into two units enabled the owners to sell each property quickly.
